At what age do you go from being able to ride roller coasters for hours at a time to not being able to dry your hair upside-down because you get lightheaded? I made a quick, sharp swerve in my car in the parking lot today and it made me dizzy. It's ridiculous. I don't get it. When did this happen? Why did it happen? I remember getting upset with my mom when I was younger because she would never ride the roller coasters at Cedar Point. Now I understand why.
More and more I'm realizing the effects of getting older. It's quite unpleasant.

This weekend I was sitting on the floor and after about 20 minutes I got up and swear everything cracked in my as I got up off the ground. UGH
Oh my gosh. This is soooo me. I never understood the moms and roller coaster thing either! Now I probably would puke.
It makes me really dizzy when I spin my daughter around ONE CIRCLE. Or if I turn too fast.
Right now my hip is in pain. From an easy little workout. That makes me feel old.
Well, I'm glad we're all in this together!

I saw a sign at the airport bar the other day that said "If you were born on this day before 1986..." WHAT?!?!?! 1986?!?!?!?! That made me feel old.
oh yeah...those "born before..." signs are SO depressing.
sigh.
but, getting older is better than say, the alternative.
right?
