Our niece is coming to stay with us next week. She's 12. We asked MD's sister for a list of food that she likes so we can stock up. Here's what we were told:
BREAKFAST:
strawberry pop tarts!!!!
pancakes (walmart has some already made in the freezer section) They are good!
bagels and cream cheese
blueberry muffins
She knows how to cook and use a stove
LUNCH:
frozen Jack's pizza
pizza bites
deli sliced turkey meat to make sandwiches Walmart- Sun Dried Tomato turkey breast
chips- Cool ranch Doritos, honey BBQ frito, chili chees fritos
hot dogs & Mac-n-cheese
chicken & noodle soup
tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwich
SNACKS:
micro popcorn
oreo
pop sicles
frozen grapes -red
DRINK:
Mt Dew
ice tea
milk skim milk (she says Deans)
chocolate milk made with choc syrup
h2o
kool Aid-Cherry or lemonade
Ah yes, we should get along famously. I'm pretty sure 90% of these things are in our pantry right this very moment. This will be a piece of cake. Of pancake, that is. The frozen kind. From Wal-mart.

We are going to a MudHens game, shopping, perhaps a movie, I'm going to let her brush my hair all week, she's going to mop the floors, do our laundry, dust, vacuum, pick up dog poop, cook dinner, clean up dinner and not complain about doing chores. In return she may get to try some wine and watch whatever corruptive show we can find on cable. It'll be fun!

hahaha! I want someone to brush my hair...does she take appointments?
Oh man, she loves to brush hair! It's fantastic. And she's got two younger sisters who love to do it as well. The 3 of them fight over who is going get to brush my hair. Because I believe in fairness, I let each of them have a turn.
I'm taking advantage of it before they all think it's stupid to brush your old aunt's hair.
wow...can i come over and eat? LOL. that's a great menu!! haha.
ohmy! this will be super-fun. you could also host a "girl's night" and perhaps Dr. T and some other locals could come over for home-grown pedicures. : ) of course SHE should be giving YOU girls pedicures. duh.
